Now if you are going down I-10 at rush hour, you might not think so, but the Allstate America’s Best Driver’s Report® 2019 lists Mobile as the 17 ^th  safest place to drive in America.

Here are some of the stats:

So, you want to know where NOT to go this 4 ^th  of July. The worst city cited was Baltimore, MD, followed by Washington, D.C. It is not much better in Los Angeles. The worst city in the deep south is Baton Rouge, LA.

The safest cities are not known for their high vacation traffic and include Brownsville, TX, Boise, ID and Huntsville, AL.
